Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special order items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, please return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@zohprints.com.
